What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Optimization Engineer II , you will lead factory transformation initiatives by applying systems thinking, Lean principles, and automation technologies to redesign and optimize production environments. You will play a key role in driving scalable, high-impact improvements across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing operations from a systems perspective to drive transformation initiatives Design and optimize end-to-end value streams to improve throughput and efficiency Lead automation projects including design, integration, and implementation of robotics and PLC systems Evaluate facility layouts, equipment utilization, and automation strategies Translate simulation and modeling insights into actionable transformation roadmaps Drive Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events and continuous improvement programs Partner with cross-functional leaders to align process improvements with business goals Utilize data analytics to dr
