Job Responsibilities: Creative & Content Creation Conceptualise and design engaging marketing collateral (posters, flyers, social media visuals) for online and offline channels. Shoot and edit basic photography and videography for social media content and marketing campaigns. Maintain and update website content, including promotional banners and product information. Ensure all brand visuals, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms. Campaigns & Event Activation Support and execute retail marketing promotions to drive customer walk-ins and sales. Assist in the planning and execution of roadshows, events, and on-ground brand activations. Prepare, distribute, and manage physical marketing materials for retail outlets and events. Marketing Operations Coordinate effectively with external vendors, including printers and production houses, to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Provide general administrative and operational support for the marketing department. Job Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience. Background in Retail, F&B, or Wellness is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) and basic photo/video editing skills. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of retail marketing mechanics and promotional strategies. Work Ethic: Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Organisation: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to retail stores and support events/on-ground activities (may occasionally fall on weekends/public holidays).
