JD below: Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and dynamic Distribution Sales Manager to be based in our Singapore office. This pivotal role carries two primary objectives: directing and expanding our channel partner ecosystem across the ASEAN region, and acting as the dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) for one of our highest-value, strategic customers in ASEAN. The successful candidate will focus on maximizing channel revenue, managing distributor pipelines, and simultaneously embedding ACS deep within a premier key account to secure long-term design-wins and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Management (ASEAN) • Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution sales strategy for the ASEAN territory to meet and exceed revenue and design-win targets. • Partner Management: Manage, support, and evaluate key supply chain and regional distribution partners ensuring strict alignment with ACS corporate objectives. • Inventory & Supply Chain: Collaborate closely with channel partners to monitor demand fluctuations, implement effective buffer stock strategies, and mitigate inventory risks. • Sales Enablement: Conduct regular product training and business reviews with distributor sales and engineering teams to ensure they are fully equipped to promote ACS solutions. • Pipeline Management: Oversee the channel sales funnel, tracking point-of-sale (POS) data and managing design registration programs to protect partner investments. Key Account Management (Strategic Customer) • Account Growth & Penetration: Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for one of ASEAN’s premier key accounts, managing the entire relationship to maximize market share. • Design-In Leadership: Establish deep relationships with the customer’s R&D, procurement, and quality engineering teams to drive "design-in" activities for next-generation platforms. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal Pro
