Job Description
Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Planning, organizing, and directing team studies, and collaborating with management to implement recommendations that improved departmental procedures or resource allocation. Identifying requirements for personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space, and drafting requests to secure resources necessary to support organizational objectives. Analyzing and evaluating program operations, processes, and organizational effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements. Reviewing contract deliverables and invoices for compliance with contractual requirements, documenting findings, and reporting discrepancies to the Contracting Officer Representative. Coordinating the implementation of automated tracking systems for acquisition plans and program data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to assist in budget and resource decisions.
