Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring priorities, schedules, and deliverables are effectively managed. Manage complex calendars, organize meetings and leadership sessions, and ensure seamless execution of agendas, logistics, and follow-ups. Handle travel planning, expense administration, and operational tasks in line with company policies and standards. Act as a key communication bridge across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely information flow. Support events, team initiatives, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and collaboration. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred. At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, MNC environment. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and confidential information with professionalism. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
