Role Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with proven FMCG sales experience to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on field sales, distributor management, retail execution, and new account acquisition across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is hands-on, street-smart, comfortable with cold visits, and familiar with FMCG retail dynamics such as modern trade, general trade, and wholesale channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Actively visit retail outlets, supermarkets, minimarts, wholesalers, and distributors to promote FMCG products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume, value, and distribution) Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners Execute sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional deals within company guidelines 2. Account & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and shelf presence Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and product rotation Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries and payments 3. Merchandising & Market Execution Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising according to brand guidelines Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches 4. Reporting & Administration Submit daily / weekly sales reports, outlet visit reports, and pipeline updates Track orders, collections, and outstanding payments where applicable Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategy improvement Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG Experience handling food, snacks, beverages, or consumer packaged goods is preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field
