Job Description: Design and evolve VIP packages and benefit offerings to stay competitive, compelling, and commercially sustainable Research subscriber behaviour to inform benefit design, packaging decisions, and programme improvements Plan, execute, and analyse VIP-exclusive benefits from briefing to post-implementation review - driving continuous improvement Own cross-functional project management across marketing, product, ops, and CS to keep initiatives on track Explore external partnerships to continuously enhance the VIP benefit ecosystem Turn performance data and user insights into strategic recommendations that shape the VIP roadmap Requirements: 2-4 years in project management, product marketing, partnerships, or a related field Ability to think strategically about product and user experience while staying hands-on with execution Strong project management skills comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously Data-informed mindset - able to connect user insights and performance metrics to programme strategy Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions E-commerce or loyalty/subscription programme experience is a plus SA level: able to lead workstreams independently, drive strategic decisions, and mentor juniors
