Key Responsibilities Attend and respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat. Guide customers in navigating the website and help them find suitable products. Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order placement. Handle website sales and support customers throughout the purchase journey. Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates. Resolve basic customer concerns related to orders, payments, and products. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives. Required Skills Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic understanding of online shopping and e-commerce platforms. Confidence in telecalling and sales conversations. Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
