Sales Manager Working hour: Mon- Fri 9am - 6pm Salary: Basic $4500 - $5500 + Commission Location: Paya Lebar Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Growth Ownership Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels and accounts. Deliver agreed sales and revenue budgets Drive both sell-in and sell-through growth Expand revenue contribution across key accounts and channel Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, and channel expansion 2. Key Account Management Build strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, rebates, and trading terms Secure new product listings and expand SKU presence Plan and manage promotional calendars and retail campaigns 3. Distribution Expansion Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners Expand presence into new outlets, doors, and retail channels Develop channel expansion strategies to increase market coverage and revenue contribution 4. Sales & Retail Execution Oversee promotional execution across retail channels Ensure strong retail display visibility and merchandising standards Monitor stock availability and inventory movement Conduct regular store visits and retail performance reviews Work closely with distributors and retail teams to ensure execution excellence 5. Team Leadership & Development Set weekly priorities and sales objectives Coach team members to improve execution and commercial performance Foster a high-performance, results-driven team culture 6. Commercial Reporting & Analysis Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports Identify key risks, opportunities, and market developments Recommend action plans to improve business performance Analyze promotional effectiveness and channel productivity Requirements 5 years of sales experience in consumer product, retail account management distribution or channel sales Experience negotiating directly with retail buyers and
