Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support site execution, coordination, and project administration for residential landed housing projects. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities to ensure smooth execution and progress Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on coordination matters Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), subcontractor claims and related documentation Assist in procurement, including sourcing and obtaining quotations Monitor site progress and work schedules and provide regular updates Maintain project documentation, including drawings, site records, correspondences and reports Attend site meetings and follow up on site issues and action items Requirements: Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field At least 5 years of experience in residential landed housing projects Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills
