Position Summary The Project Manager leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives. He is accountable for ensuring projects meet strategic goals, stays within scope, and are completed on time and within budget by managing teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating cross-functional resources Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Experience: 3-5Years Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scoping: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, translating them into detailed project plans. Resource & Budget Management: Allocate team members, equipment, and finances efficiently while tracking costs and controlling expenditures. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks (e.g., budget overruns, delays) and implement strategies to minimize risks. Team Leadership: Assemble, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure maximum performance and adherence to quality standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, executives, and the project team, providing regular progress updates and status reports.
