About the Role GAINS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our People & Culture team during an active hiring period. This role is focused on recruiting coordination and sourcing, giving you hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle at a fast-growing AI-powered software company. You will also contribute to early-stage AI workflow projects, helping identify where automation can reduce manual effort across the function. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate who wants real-world HR and recruiting experience in a lean, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple open requisitions, managing candidate communications and interviewer calendars with accuracy and a strong candidate experience in mind Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity across all active and closed roles, including candidate stages, disposition codes, and recruiter notes Draft and send candidate-facing communications including application confirmations, scheduling requests, status updates, and rejection notices Assist with sourcing support on targeted roles, including LinkedIn Recruiter sear
