Job Summary You will lead our sales strategy and manage the BD team to drive market penetration. You are responsible for acquiring high-value clients and establishing HuitongConsulting as a market leader. Responsibilities Design and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth Mentor and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets Secure strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities and strengthen market position Report on sales pipeline and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales or business development teams 5–7 years of sales or business development experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Established a strong professional network within the Singapore professional and education sectors
