Site/Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) We are seeking a results-driven Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. S$3,300-S$4,000 basic + bonus 6 days, Mon-Sat, 8:30AM-5:30PM Onsite (construction site) Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work schedules, and progress reports. Monitor site operations, manpower deployment, subcontractor performance, and material usage. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify project risks, resolve technical and site issues promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, construction regulations, building codes, and safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality to meet project standards and client expectations. Prepare project documentation, progress claims, variation orders, and site reports. Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1 year of relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager within the construction industry. Proven track record in successfully delivering construction or civil engineering projects.
