The Opportunity We’re hiring a Part-Time Podcast Production Specialist to support a well-established marketing agency specializing in legal marketing. This role is focused on transforming podcast episodes, Riverside recordings, and other video content into polished short-form and long-form assets for social media distribution. The ideal candidate understands how to identify strong hooks, engaging moments, and platform-ready clips that help maximize content reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and similar channels. This is a collaborative remote role where you’ll work closely with the internal team to help maintain a consistent stream of engaging visual content while supporting established brand guidelines and creative workflows. Key Responsibilities Review weekly podcast recordings and video content to identify strong clips, hooks, and short-form opportunities Create short-form video clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social platforms Produce longer-form video cuts, mini-episodes, and episode highlight videos when needed Add captions, subtitles, hook text, and on-screen text to approved clips Create teaser videos, trailer-style assets, quote graphics, and simple carousel visuals Organize and properly label finished assets for scheduling, publishing, and future use Collaborate with the internal team to revise clips and creative assets based on feedback Compensation Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope. Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱45,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.
