Duration: 1 year Location: Novena Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm; Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the implementation of programmes, workshops, training sessions, and events. Liaise with participants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution. Manage programme registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communications. Prepare programme-related materials, reports, presentations, and documentation. Monitor programme schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to programme participants and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records, databases, and programme information. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Prior experience in programme coordination, administration, customer service, events, or stakeholder engagement is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
