Job Summary You will support daily food and beverage outlet operations by liaising with multilingual associates, assisting in roster planning and stock ordering, and delivering fast, friendly customer service while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar speaking associates to support smooth operations Assist the operation manager with daily tasks such as roster planning and ordering stock from suppliers Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all outlet activities Prepare workstations and ingredients (mise-en-place) to maintain operational readiness Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service tailored to each customer's needs Accurately take customer orders and process payments when required Prepare and sell food and beverage products efficiently according to standard operating procedures Clear tables, mop and clean dining areas, and perform dishwashing duties to maintain cleanliness Work extended hours including weekends and public holidays as needed Perform additional duties assigned by management to support outlet operations Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of experience working in a food and beverage outlet such as a food court, coffee shop, or restaurant Preferred competencies and qualifications None specified Other Information None
