Quantity Surveyor Work Location: Changi , Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat full day Salary: $3000 to $4500 (depends on experience) Requirement Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however marine construction is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD Key Responsibilities Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender. Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts. Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
