Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard) Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT Address: 3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions. Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems. Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
