We are looking for a passionate and skilled Section Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Section Chef, you will be responsible for running one of our five specialized kitchen stalls, ensuring excellence in every dish served. Job Summary : Working Location : Pasir Panjang Working Day : Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook fresh hand-pulled noodles and dumplings right in front of customers. Lead and manage line cooks and prep cooks within your section. Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining consistency and high quality. Ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. Collaborate with other section chefs to deliver a seamless dining experience. Requirements : 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen . Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Passion for food, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
