Position : Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota Compensation : $82,000/year Schedule : Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | CST hours Two Shift Options – Choose What Fits You: Day Shift (8am–5pm CST): Adolescents & Adults (Ages 15+) Afternoon Shift (12pm–8pm CST): Children, Adolescents & Adults (Ages 6+) Make a Meaningful Impact - From Home! We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners. What You'll Do As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources More About the Role Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient care Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk (Day or Afternoon Shifts) Patient Population: Day Shift: Ages 15+ or Afternoon Shift:Ages 6+ Caseload: ~5-6 sessions per day Appointments: Follow-ups appointments are 60 mins Why Iris Telehealth ?
