Description Job Summary : Location: Calshot Road Salary: Up$3,200 Working Days: 5.5 days Work Schedule: Day Shift: Mon–Fri 7:45am–4:45pm, Sat 7:45am–11:45am Night Shift: Mon–Fri 4:15pm–1:00am (Night shift allowance: $9/day), Sat Off Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise warehouse team in daily operations Ensure accuracy in job performance, reporting, and documentation Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) daily Oversee inventory counts (weekly, monthly, yearly) Compile monthly billing for customers and finance department Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards Drive continuous improvement in warehouse systems and processes Coordinate logistics support to meet business demands Respond to customer enquiries and provide operational support Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office & WMS functions Forklift driving license required Able to operate VNA / Stacker equipment Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
