Description Job Summary : Location: Pioneer Salary: Up $3,800 Working Days: 5.5 days per week Work Schedule: Morning Shift: Mon–Fri 7:30am–3:30pm, Sat till the task is completed for the day Afternoon Shift: Mon–Fri 3:30pm until task completion, Sat OFF, Sun until task completion Key Responsibilities : Ensure smooth operation of deliveries (inbound & outbound) Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers Assign jobs via PSA Haulier Community System Monitor driver movements using Matrix Net GPS Tracking System Handle documentation through PSA Portnet & CDAS CMS online Coordinate closely with customer service and operations team Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards Requirements : 4–5 years experience in traffic control / transport coordination Knowledge of PSA Portnet & Haulier Community System (advantage) Team player, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
