Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with institutional goals. • Design visually engaging content for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency. • Initiate and manage the content creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. • Manage social media platforms, producing posts and video content, and analysing performance to optimise engagement. • Manage events and/ or activities as appointed. • Track and report on the performance of design and communications initiatives to support data-driven decision-making. • Assist with other duties to support the team’s objectives. This role reports to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Engagement (Communications). Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Marketing Communications, Design, or a related discipline would be an advantage. • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a tertiary education environment. • Strong graphic design, writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
