You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, assess risks, and support issue resolution to maintain program momentum and ensure open communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Support cross-functional collaboration across Client and partner organizations Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation actions, escalating as appropriate Contribute to documentation, reporting, or technical analysis as required Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment Help maintain continuity of operations across related workstreams WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCESS (REQUIRED): Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams Clear written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with technical or operational processes relevant to Client Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools WHAT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER (PREFERRED): Experience with Client, other federal, or federal health IT programs Knowledge of Millennium EHR syste
