About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing online campaigns, managing digital content, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with various marketing projects to drive brand awareness and lead generation Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.) Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization Support in creating content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met Assist with SEO efforts such as keyword research and on-page optimization Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects as needed Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role (preferred but not required for entry-level) Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising tools is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and strategies Essential Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz Trello,
