Purpose of the role: This position supports shape the organization’s European Union government affairs strategy, in alignment with global public policy priorities. The role is responsible for advancing and protecting the company’s interests before EU institutions, shaping legislative and regulatory outcomes impacting the direct selling business model and broader commercial operations. The position serves as the primary Brussels-based representative to EU policymakers and stakeholders. While closely coordinating with the Global Government Affairs, Amway Europe Leadership and Industry Affairs teams, this role focuses on EU institutional government affairs and policy advocacy. Industry association strategy and management will have coordinated engagement as appropriate. The role will support affiliates in their engagements with local direct selling associations (DSAs) and regional DSAs like Seldia. This position also supports the Government Affairs group by providing government affairs research, legislative tracking, and analysis.
