About the Role You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of citizen-facing digital services within a Singapore Government agency. The role focuses on delivering secure, accessible, and scalable services that improve public service delivery. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Salary Package: Up to $9,500 (basic) + AWS Job Type: Contract Responsibilities Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for government digital services Work with policy, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate policy intent into digital solutions Lead user research with citizens and internal officers Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable systems Ensure compliance with government digital, security, and accessibility standards Monitor product performance and service adoption metrics Requirements 3–6 years of product management or digital delivery experience Experience working in government, regulated industries, or large enterprises preferred Strong stakeholder management across multiple agencies/functions Familiarity with Agile delivery in large-scale environments Understanding of user-centric design and service design principles By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
