About the role Provide senior specialist expertise in the design, architecture and delivery of workforce management application solutions within our ICT Business Applications team. This role will focus on UKG Pro, while also supporting Kronos WFC, which remains an important operational platform while Life Without Barriers continues its transition to UKG Pro. This is a hands-on solution architecture role, with a strong focus on workforce management configuration, integrations, data, security, supportability, testing, implementation and transition to business-as-usual support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, project teams and ICT colleagues to understand requirements, assess solution options and support the design and implementation of practical, scalable and sustainable system solutions.
