Key Duties and Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, Finance, you are responsible for managing tax compliance across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines, while supporting Group-wide tax matters. This includes ensuring timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax obligations such as corporate tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar 2 requirements. This roles also provides advisory support on M&A, transfer pricing and other tax-related matters to internal stakeholders across various functions and projects. • Manage day‑to‑day tax affairs for the assigned geographies, with a primary focus on tax compliance while maintaining a broad understanding of international tax issues. • Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of statutory tax filings, including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, CbCR, and other regulatory requirements. • Support effective tax planning for capital allowance claims in a capital‑intensive business, working closely with external contractors and internal finance teams on capex classification and records. • Liaise with tax authorities (e.g. IRAS), external tax advisers, and auditors on corporate tax matters, year‑end processes, and tax‑related queries. • Provide support on group taxation matters, including withholding taxes, property taxes, GST, and transfer pricing guidelines, while monitoring tax legislation in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines and assessing potential impacts. • Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management. Requirements • Degree in Accounting or a related discipline. • Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Good working knowledge of SAP accounting systems. • Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership over responsibilities. • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines i
