This is a field-based role involving travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and interacting directly with customers. Training will be provided, prior drone experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and functional checks on drones, batteries, charging systems, and accessories at customer sites • Troubleshoot and replace approved components as needed • Complete maintenance records and service reports accurately and on time • Coordinate maintenance schedules and site visits with customers and internal teams • Transport equipment, tools, and spare parts to and from sites • Support in-house maintenance, testing, and occasional field deployments • Follow company safety procedures at all times Requirements • Class 3 Driving License with at least 1 year of driving experience — MANDATORY. Candidates without this will not be considered. • Willing to travel frequently across Singapore • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) • Physically fit; able to lift up to approximately 25kg • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field • Experience with drones/UAVs or field service/technical support roles • Familiarity with DJI Enterprise systems • Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) • Experience with prev
