Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and follow up with prospective and existing clients, recommend suitable professional services, and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Manage client projects and service applications from initial enquiry and contract signing through document collection, follow-up, and completion. Act as the main point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries, explain service processes and document requirements, and provide regular progress updates. Collect and review client information and supporting documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in line with company requirements. Prepare service agreements, application documents, invoices, and other relevant documentation, and follow up on signatures, document submissions, and payments. Coordinate with clients, internal consultants, external partners, and relevant parties to ensure projects and services are completed on time. Maintain accurate client records and databases, handle feedback and service-related issues, and build long-term client relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Outgoing, proactive, and customer-focused, with good commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities. Strong organisational, documentation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple client projects and deadlines. Relevant experience in consultancy, professional services, account management, business development, sales, project coordination, or application processing would be an advantage Candidates with CEI will be given preference
