Patient Service Associate (2 Shift/ Islandwide)(ID: 673687) Offers competitive benefits package such as medical benefits, specialist outpatient benefits, dental coverage and etc. Walking distance from MRT Dynamic Working Environment As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties: Handle and escalate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly. Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments. Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas. Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start. Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits. Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations. Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively. Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with relevant working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools. Strong team player with good collaborative skills. Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Possess a service-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
