This role involves bookkeeping, commission tracking, investor log management, and direct client interactions. Job Responsibilities Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly. Accurately track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker, ensuring precise reporting. Record and manage investor logs, maintaining current and accurate data for internal use and reporting. Reconcile records to align financial data with current transactions and forecasts. Proactively contact clients who have been declined to provide guidance and explore alternative solutions. Collaborate with the special financing department to facilitate customized client solutions. Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via phone and email. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Uphold strict confidentiality of all financial documentation and client information. Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management tools. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills. Comfortable and confident communicating with clients, particularly in sensitive or declined situations. Experience in client relations, customer support, or sales tracking systems is preferred. Empathy and professionalism when handling client inquiries or challenges.
