We offer a holistic brain-training programme for children aged 3 months to 6 years, using games, guided play, and hands-on activities to develop core skills and positive learning attitudes. Job Summary Since 2008, Happy Train has enriched children's learning through a unique bilingual right brain training programme. As a teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, monitor developmental progress, and foster positive relationships with children and parents, contributing to their holistic growth. Responsibilities Deliver lessons aligned with the Happy Train brain development curriculum, policies, and framework to enhance children’s cognitive and language skills Prepare and organize teaching materials and learning aids to support experiential and multi-sensory learning activities Monitor and evaluate children’s developmental progress regularly to tailor instruction and provide constructive feedback Establish and maintain positive rapport with children and parents to foster a supportive learning environment and effective communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage children and collaborate effectively with parents Exhibit passion and commitment to nurturing young children’s development and learning attitudes Communicate proficiently in English to support bilingual programme delivery with children and parents Hold a Diploma or Degree in any major; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Be available to work a 5-day week from Wednesday to Sunday or a part-time 3-day week from Friday to Sunday, including weekends Other Information We provide specialised paid training to selected candidates to equip them with the skills needed for the programme Attractive remuneration package with guaranteed bonus commensurate with experience and qualifications Opportunities for career growth
