Job Description Manage the organization's legal framework and ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate governance and risk mitigation. Oversee dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation matters. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company's policies are updated accordingly. Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal issues and cases. Advise on legal implications of business strategies and transactions. Lead and manage the legal team to ensure effective delivery of services. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Legal should have: A law degree from a recognized institution, with at-least ten years of experience Proven expertise in the energy and natural resources industry.
