Our client is seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. As an F&B Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, lead service teams during operational periods, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and effective floor management. You will work closely with the management team to drive service excellence, develop team members, and support the successful launch of the outlet. Job Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery. Lead and coordinate service periods, ensuring effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Support pre-opening activities, including operational setup, staff onboarding, training, and implementation of service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and resolve service issues promptly. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the outlet. Assist with reservations management, table allocation, seating arrangements, and guest flow during service. Guide, coach, and support team members to ensure service excellence and professional development. Promote menu knowledge, upselling opportunities, and guest engagement to enhance the overall dining experience. Ensure accurate handling of billing procedures and point-of-sale transactions. Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Support inventory control, cost management, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
