Job Summary This part-time administrative role involves supporting insurance industry tasks with daily 4-hour shifts, primarily working from home, five days a week. Responsibilities Perform administrative tasks related to the insurance industry to support daily operations Use Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data accurately for reporting and tracking purposes Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word to maintain clear and professional communication Handle PDF files for document review, sharing, and archiving to ensure proper record keeping Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the 4-hour daily work schedule Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in administrative work within the insurance industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PDF tools
