One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience: For the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: - Hands on experience with the deployment and support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions; AND - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to manage polices and system deployments; AND - Hands-on experience managing devices imaging and applications using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune; AND - Hands on experience with Active Directory, OU (Organizational Unit) management, and GPOs (Group Policy Object); AND - Experience supporting an O365 environment that includes MS Office, OneDrive, Teams (application and devices), and Defender for Endpoint. For the GS-12: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
