Confidently guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and offer informed recommendations based on their preferences. Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring prompt and efficient food and beverage delivery while maintaining a clean and organized dining area through water refills and plate clearing. Process payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a sense of community. What are we looking for: A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality. Strong knowledge about food & beverage service. Bonus if you can suggest perfect food pairings! The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. A team player with excellent communication skills who builds rapport with ease. Experience creating memorable dining experiences and upselling is a plus. Required Academic Qualifications & Experience Minimum "N" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English. Prior experience in a server role is a plus, but extensive on-the job training will be provided. Work Environment: Primarily within our establishment, but occasional assistance may be required at sister locations.
