Head Baker Job Responsibilities: Develope new bakery products and introduce innovative, practical ideas to enhance existing offerings. Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and consistency. Exercise effective time management to support smooth and efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining adequate supplies of ingredients. Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production room at all times. Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and upkeep of kitchen utensils and equipment. Work on a permanent night shift schedule. Job Requirements: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the baking or pastry industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Sound knowledge of kitchen equipment, utensils, and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
