Sales Manager – Marine Engineering Work Location : Tuas, Singapore Working Hours : Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm Monthly Salary : Base up to $6500 +Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB) + Allowance Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview This organization is a long‑established engineering service provider specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for critical machinery used in marine, offshore, energy, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, it has built a reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and global service coverage. Responsibility Technical Sales Support – Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support, prepare presentations and proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to design client‑focused solutions. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine and shipping sectors, conduct regular visits, and act as the primary contact for technical and commercial queries. Sales Process Contribution – Identify and secure new business opportunities, participate in tender preparation and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. Market Insights & Feedback – Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and recommend service improvements to management. Project Coordination – Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations teams, support service execution, and participate in post‑project reviews for continuous improvement. Ad‑hoc Duties – Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager to support overall business objectives. Requirements Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of proven sales/technical support experience in in marine turbocharger MRO or related marine engineering services Strong technical knowledge of marine propulsion systems, especially turbochargers from major OEMs (ABB, MAN, MET, et
