Role Description The Executive will support the execution of digital marketing and communications initiatives to promote the Society’s programmes, events, and membership engagement. This is a hands-on role suited for a junior marketing professional with strong content creation, communication, and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage content calendars and timelines Coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports Design basic marketing materials for campaigns and events Maintain website updates, event pages and marketing assets Create and manage content (EDMs, social media, website and newsletters) Support event marketing, including promotions and attendee communications Execute digital marketing campaigns across events, programmes and membership initiatives Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience Strong writing and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented and team player Good organisational and multitasking ability Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Preferred Skills Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and CMS (e.g. WordPress) Exposure to analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Ideal Candidate: A junior marketer who is hands-on, eager to learn and enjoys creating content while supporting campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.
