Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the organization's Data Governance Framework, including the development, documentation, and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, procedures, and controls Establish and maintain processes to ensure data quality, integrity, security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across enterprise systems and platforms Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives, strengthen data stewardship practices, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements Oversee the implementation and effective utilization of data governance tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance data management, monitoring, reporting, and governance capabilities Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support on data governance, data management, data protection, and privacy-related matters across the organization Support the Head of Risk & Compliance in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance frameworks across ADL Assist in enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and mitigation activities in collaboration with business units, risk owners, and the Risk & Compliance function Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, insight-driven reports to Senior Management, the Risk & Compliance Management Committee, the Board Risk & Compliance Committee, and the Board of Directors, including strategic risk insights and mitigation recommendations Provide strategic oversight and contribute to sustainability reporting and disclosures in line with regulatory, group, and stakeholder expectations Monitor and evaluate ADL's sustainability performance, ensuring transparency and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders Oversee the development and continuous enhancement of the Annual ADL Sus
