ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Core Team Collaboration: Join a dedicated team focused on creating memorable experiences for guests through a diverse array of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and special celebrations. Strategic Development: Collaborate closely with the CEO/Creative Director to contribute to the company's continuous improvement and development initiatives. Sales Leadership: Report directly to the Creative Director and take the lead in managing sales for corporate events, weddings, and prestigious catering projects associated with our company concepts and international brands. Revenue Management: Oversee revenue generation, annual sales, forecasting, budget management, and profit & loss statements for events, weddings, and catering revenue plans. Market Identification: Identify and target various market segments that align with our brand, including corporate events, institutional/contract catering, weddings, and social gatherings. Menu Planning: Develop tailored menu options for clients based on budgetary constraints while adhering to internal costing guidelines. Sales Strategy: Drive sales strategically to achieve targets by leveraging knowledge of market trends and business dynamics. Standard Operating Procedures: Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales related to events, weddings, and catering. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to sales processes while staying informed about innovations in the marketplace and monitoring competitive activities. Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhance overall cost efficiency. Vendor Collaboration: Work collaboratively with vendors and external partners to host events, utilizing their products and databases to promote all restaurants as a premier choice for corporate events and celebrations. Client Relations: Establish and maintain lasting relationships by ensuring guest feedback and client demands are addressed promptly
