Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Industry Position Title: Onsite Handpull Noodle Specialist Working Location: Central Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Weekdays) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare and perform live hand-pulled noodle (La Mian) demonstrations at the noodle station. Make fresh noodles by hand according to required texture, thickness, and portion standards. Ensure sufficient noodle preparation to support daily service needs. Work closely with the kitchen team on noodle preparation, broth, toppings, and dish assembly. Prepare different noodle styles based on menu requirements. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the work station. Store fresh noodles and ingredients properly when not in use. Guide kitchen staff on basic noodle handling and storage procedures. Engage diners professionally during live demonstrations when required. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Able to prepare dough and pull noodles by hand consistently. Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
