Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Industry Position Title: Onsite Handmade Dumpling Specialist Working Location: Central Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Weekdays) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare and demonstrate handmade Chinese dumplings such as jiaozi, siu mai, and har gow at the station. Prepare dumpling dough, skins, and fillings from scratch using traditional recipes and techniques. Produce sufficient dumplings to support daily service requirements. Demonstrate folding and pleating techniques to guests when required. Coordinate with the Chef de Partie on dumpling varieties, fillings, and cooking methods. Prepare pork and no-pork-no-lard dumpling options based on menu requirements. Guide kitchen assistants on basic dumpling preparation, handling, and storage. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at the demonstration area. Store uncooked dumplings properly and ensure safe food handling practices. Advise on ingredient quality, dough ratios, and filling recipes to maintain consistency. APPLY NOW!!! Experience in handmade dumpling preparation is required. Experience in Chinese cuisine or dim sum preparation is preferred. Able to prepare dough, fillings, and dumplings from scratch. Skilled in dumpling wrapping, folding, and pleating techniques. Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Responsible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
