Role Overview We are seeking experienced Client Relationship Managers to join our Riyadh office. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development and key account management within the training sector in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on acquiring new strategic accounts, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in Arabic and English, along with strong MS Office skills, is essential. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the training sector. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients. • Lead client presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations. • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored training solutions. Account Management • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Drive client retention and identify upselling opportunities. • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. • Track account performance and recommend improvement plans. Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs. • Support the development of regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives. • Identify sectors with growth potential and target key decision-makers. Reporting & Administration • Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities, contacts, and sales pipelines. • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and KPI progress reports. • Assist in proposal preparation, contracting, and tender submissions. 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Experience in the training or consulting sector in Saudi Arabia is preferred. • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Wor
