Location: Orchard Salary: Up to $5000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the management of Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping and laundry operations Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities meet hotel standards Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly Monitor inventory, linen usage, and housekeeping supplies Support manpower planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 4 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred Detail-oriented with a passion for service excellence Familiar with housekeeping operations, safety, and hygiene standards Interested candidates kindly click APPLY NOW to submit your latest CV.
