HR Functions Handle day-to day HR function Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents. Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.) Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices Handling disciplinary issues and executive the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter Perform any other duties as assigned. Experience with administration and basic logistic will be added advantage
